We are looking for a highly detailed candidate to take on the interesting role of Database Assistant for one of our clients specialising in the education sector. This position will form an integral part of the organisation and requires someone to adhere to strict processes and procedures to ensure compliance. This is the perfect position for a responsible and meticulous individual with logical working approach.
Your main duties will include:
Ensuring administrative procedures are followed, such as saving written correspondence and updating the project database
Checking Excel files and following strict data confidentiality controls
Updating and maintaining the smooth running of the database
Dealing with queries
Data Entry tasks to maintain the database and keep it up to date
You will be an experienced and professional administrator with excellent attention to detail. The ability to use Microsoft Excel and Access to a high level is advantageous, alongside strong communication and literacy skills. Ideally you will have had previous experience in an educational establishment although this is not essential.
You will be capable of efficient time management and relish the opportunity to work within a diverse environment.
