This is an exciting opportunity to join this prestigious organisation based in Central Oxford on a part-time basis. Working 22.5 hours a week, you will be supporting with various events and general administration within the company. Your main responsibility will be to maintain and manage the internal database, ensuring that it remains up to date and accurate.
Some of your other responsibilities will be:
Acting as the representative of the organisation at events
Managing contacts and data exchange
Administration of donations and gifts to the organisation
Generating correspondence to donors
Managing the general office administration
Processing payment for merchandise
As the Administrator, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills and work effectively to tight deadlines. You will have previous experience in an administrative role and be confident using the MS Office package. It is essential that you can communicate across all levels of the business and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
