Are you an experienced and dedicated PA looking for your next challenge? If so we have a fantastic part time opportunity to join a small company to support two senior members with their day to day responsibilities.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings
  • Producing correspondence such as letters and PR documents
  • Supporting with event and speaking engagements

Job Requirements

It is essential that you have previous PA experience and are proficient with diary management and coordinating meetings. You will have a high attention to detail and be well organised. Any experience of working at a senior level will be beneficial as will the ability to use shorthand although this element is only desirable.

The Company

Our client is based in open plan offices in Aylesbury and they deal in a wide range of financial services. They are now seeking a dedicated PA to join them on a part time, morning only basis.
