Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator or Customer Service professional to join their small sales and logistics team. In this customer focused position you will be providing advice and information about the services provided to new and existing clients. If you enjoy working in a close-knit and social team whilst advancing your customer service skills, this would be a great opportunity for you to consider!
Some of your main responsibilities will include:
Booking and scheduling work for drivers
Running monthly and weekly reports
Receiving and processing payments
Confirming orders and maintaining the CRM database
To be successful in this position it is essential that you enjoy providing excellent customer service and have previous experience in an administrative or customer service based position. High attention to detail and excellent IT skills will be key in this role. You will be confident handling telephone enquiries and well organised.
