You will be responsible for coordinating all care resources ensuring that continued support is provided to customers and clients. This will involve:
Coordinating assignments and rotas
Providing telephone support
Ensuring high quality service provision and system improvements are enforced
Supporting with recruitment drives and administration as needed
To be successful in this position you must be an excellent organiser with high attention to detail and have a flexible and positive attitude. You will have strong time management skills and be a self-starter. A professional and friendly telephone manner is essential as is the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
