Our client is looking for a motivated and committed administrator to join their professional yet social team on a contract until May 2018. You will be working alongside the Business Support Manager to ensure the office runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity to establish and continue to build on your administrative skills.
Some of your duties will include:
Managing inbound and outbound correspondence
Organising meeting rooms
Maintaining an accurate and up to date CRM System
To be successful as the Team Assistant you will be a capable administrator with a flexible and motivated approach. Acting as the first point of contact you must be a confident communicator on all levels. You will have a willingness to learn and be eager to develop yourself in this position.
