This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your previous Team Coordination or PA experience and join a growing and fast-paced organisation as their Team Assistant within a small, specialist department. You will be supporting the team with legal work, administration and PA duties. This is a role where you will be able to get stuck into a variety of duties and take responsibility for growing your own role.
Some of your main duties will include but are not limited to:
Preparing legal documentation
Liaising with Stakeholders
Responding to enquiries on a daily basis
To be successful in this position you will need to be proactive, forward thinking and able to use your own initiative. It is essential that you have had previous experience within a dedicated PA or Team Assistant role and that you have a flexible approach to your work. If you have also had exposure to a Legal or Retail environment this is preferred although not essential. Good IT skills and confidence using Excel is key as is being able to remain calm when under pressure.
