This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking candidate to work as an Administrator in the Compliance team for our established client in Central Oxford. The role will start ASAP and will be ongoing, with potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Team Manager, your role will involve monitoring and reporting activities within the business.
This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain some invaluable experience. This role would be ideal for a candidate looking to gain some exposure to work within Human Resources or Health and Safety environments.
Your duties will include:
Implementing the Compliance Framework throughout the business, and ensuring that it is adequately adhered to
Co-ordinating meetings and inductions of new members of staff
Organising and co-ordinating Events – such as conferences, meetings, and training sessions
Using the monitoring and review programme to maintain and track action points within the company
Managing the department’s inbox
You must be highly organised and able to produce accurate work in line with tight deadlines and timeframes. The ability to think on your feet and find feasible solutions is essential in this fast-paced role.
A background in a similar Compliance or Legal role will allow you to stand out as an exceptional candidate.
You will have a conscientious, accurate and methodical approach to workload and other Compliance requirements.
The ability to remain professional at all times is essential. This includes being able to treat sensitive information and documents with the highest of confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be exposed to vital operations within the company.
