We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join a sociable and close-knit team in Oxfordshire on a temporary basis. This will be an excellent opportunity to expand your skillset and gain some fantastic exposure within an interesting field.
This role will be ongoing for around 2 months initially, although there is potential for this to be extended longer for the ideal candidate!
You will be required to work some weekends, so it essential that you are truly committed to this role. Please do bear this in mind when applying!
Your main duties will include:
Dealing with calls from clients in a friendly yet professional manner
Assessing and prioritising deals as they come in
Handling queries and preparing any other necessary information for clients
Maintaining filing of all documents in an organised and efficient process
Collating and sending out information packs
You will a proven administration candidate with excellent organisation and time management skills.
Previous experience within an administration role will be highly advantageous in this role.
The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in order to ensure that they meet tight time deadlines is very important to our client.
You will be able to communicate with people on all levels both orally and in your written communication. You must also be able to provide excellent customer service when dealing with external clients over the phone.
