We have just registered a fantastic temporary role for a driven and highly enthusiastic candidate who excels at customer service and is an excellent communicator. As a Customer Engagement Officer you will be joining a proactive team to help drive growth and promote the business both on the ground and via telephone.
This role will be to start ASAP so please bear this in mind when applying. The placement will initially be for 2 weeks, although there is potential for this to be extended longer.
Your main duties will include:
Working in small teams in pre-promoted areas
Visiting clients on an ad hoc basis to provide information and encourage business
Booking appointments and meetings via the phone
Using an iPad to confirm these meetings
Communicating with customers via telephone
The successful applicant will be self-motivated and will have an understanding and interest in environmental issues. The ability to communicate effectively with a variety of clients will be crucial, coupled with a willingness to travel and to make a positive difference to your local area. This is a crucial role within the business so it is essential that you are passionate about maintaining their high customer service standards and excellent reputation.
