Your Job

We are looking to recruit a fantastic candidate to take on this temporary Front Office Assistant position in Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for handling the general administration of the front office alongside providing excellent customer service at all times.

Your main duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and guests
  • Answering email correspondence and phone calls
  • Stock and management checks
  • General administrative duties as required by the team

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate for this temporary role will be able to work at a fast pace and will not be fazed by changes in schedules and requirements.  You will thrive when using your initiative, work in a flexible and positive manner and enjoy taking responsibility for your own tasks.  You will have excellent attention to detail and be focused on providing a high level of service to internal customers.
