Previous experience of audiotyping will be extremely well utilised in this role.
Receiving and distributing telephone messages appropriately
Use, maintain & keep up to date records
Faxes, filing, scanning, emailing & photocopying
File maintenance & archiving
Collection/opening of post
Suitable candidates must be comfortable liaising with a variety of individuals and have excellent attention to detail. You will be proficient in MS Office and it is essential that you are a proficient audio-typist.
You will be rewarded with a generous hourly rate and holiday pay.
