This role is being offered on a temporary basis, beginning on the 27th September until 2nd October. Unfortunately, there is no flexibility with these dates, so please make sure you are available before applying!
Your duties will include:
Answer caller enquiries and direct them appropriately in a helpful and professional manner
Greet visitors and direct them accordingly in a helpful and professional manner
Manage the visitor pass system.
Manage post/courier deliveries and pick-ups to reception
General admin duties as required
Responsible for good housekeeping of the reception area
Manage travel arrangements for visitors as required
In this highly visible Receptionist role, you will be required to think on your feet and provide proactive solutions.
You will enjoy a wide range of activities to support the organisation and will encompass a positive and flexible attitude.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate with customers and staff politely and professionally.
You will be computer literate and have a strong working proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
The right candidate will gain invaluable administrative experience and extensive transferrable skills!
