We are looking for an experienced candidate to join an interesting organisation based in East Oxfordshire. You will be crucial in providing administrative support to the team and handling external calls.
This role will begin at the beginning of September and will be ongoing indefinitely. However, if you are able to impress our client then there is an opportunity for your assignment to be made permanent!
Your duties will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for complaints
Using internal systems to book appointments for customers
Adhering to necessary policies and ensuring that customers receive the highest standard of service
Dealing with sensitive issues so that any problems are minimised
Proactively managing diaries to ensure meeting numbers reach full capacity
Carry out security policies and handle information with confidentiality
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in diary management and call handling.
You will be highly personable – the ability to form professional yet friendly relationships is imperative.
Attention to detail is crucial for this role since you will be handling several documents and a great amount of data. You must also be able to treat sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
