We are looking for an articulate and engaging candidate with impeccable interpersonal skills to take on this exciting Receptionist/ Front of House Administration position on a temporary basis in Central Oxford.
You will be working in this highly visible role for an established company who have just opened a brand new office. Therefore, you must be highly organised and able to assist with setting up facilities and other administrative tasks.
This assignment will be ongoing for around 2 – 3 weeks initially, although there is potential for this to become permanent for the ideal candidate!
It is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to expand their skillset of Administration, Customer Service or Office Management.
You will be the main point of contact for all visitors and guests and your main duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering the phones and redirecting them accordingly
Diary management for meetings and events
Acting as the main point of contact for clients
Arranging meeting rooms
General administrative duties such as filing and managing inboxes
Office Management Duties such as ordering kitchen supplies
You will be able to communicate well with others, both in writing and your spoken communication. You will be dealing with colleagues and external customers so you must be polite and provide excellent customer service. You must also have a courteous telephone manner.
You will be highly organised, possess time management skills and be able to meet deadlines. You must be able to produce work to an excellent standard whilst working under a great deal of pressure.
Confident and proactive, you will be a solutions-lead individual who is able to think on your feet in order to solve any issues which arise. You will also be self-assured and able to make decisions autonomously.
