We have registered a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join this busy team. As the Travel Coordinator within the wider travel team you will be responsible for managing all travel arrangements for company events and conferences from start to finish. You will be managing complex and changing itineraries for the Senior Directors and will manage relationships with external organisations.
Some of your other responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and maintaining travel policies
Taking travel requests
Organising and booking accommodation and travel
Producing complex itineraries
Working within the allocated travel budget
Developing preferred supplier arrangements and manging existing ones
To be successful in this role you will be forward thinking, flexible and able to adapt to different situations. Being well organised with experience negotiating with external suppliers will be key in this position. You will be able to work well under pressure and have the confidence to liaise across all levels within the business. You will have high attention to details and enjoy working in a fast-paced role.
