Experience is valuable but not essential. To become an exceptional recruitment consultant, we believe you need to be extremely well organised, an excellent communicator, customer focused, resourceful under pressure, an independent decision-maker and above all, exude a positive attitude – particularly when the going gets tough. These attributes will form a solid foundation for the training, development and experience you will acquire during your recruitment career.
