Kate Allen
In addition to her role as Managing Director Kate Allen works full time on the HR Division. She also oversees the Finance Division. Kate graduated from Leicester in 1983 with a degree in English and History and began her career in recruitment in London in 1985. Kate has been in the recruitment industry since then with career breaks for children and a two-year Caribbean adventure. Kate, together with her partner Rob, founded Allen Associates early in 1998.
