Robinsons is a privately-owned, family business which has recently restructured to bring together some of the move management specialists while retaining their UK-wide network. The aim was to recruit someone for an initial six-month period to identify any customer service issues and then deliver training across the business, from our packers and drivers to administrative staff and management teams. Our purpose was to ensure all our customers received a seamless and excellent service.
