Having worked closely with Allen Associates for the last five years and knowing that they always deliver very well, I immediately thought of them when this vacancy arose. It was an unusual brief in that it was a newly-created role and we didn’t have a fixed idea about how it would be structured or who the ideal person would be to undertake the tasks.
True to form, Allen Associates took the brief we’d developed together and ran with it. In less than a week, they provided bespoke applications from four of their candidates who they felt would be a great match for our organisation and had the skills and experience required for the role. I invited all four to the first round of interviews and was impressed by all of them.
