We wanted to gain a better understanding of how each of these things affect Employers throughout Oxfordshire and to analyse how we as a business are performing against the expectations that our Clients have of us.
So, in Spring 2017, we undertook some research to gain a better understanding of our Clients and their needs. We also wanted to find out how we are performing against their expectations to help us understand how we can continually improve our services and the way that we communicate with them. The results are available for you to download, read and share.
Our findings highlighted a number of key areas:
- Nearly a third of respondents just don’t have time to recruit themselves properly and for 12% it just isn’t a key part of their role.
- Quality of Candidates was the primary reason why Employers in Oxfordshire use a Recruitment Agency
- 7 out of 10 Employers say that Allen Associates are better than the competition (we’re very happy with that)
