We have launched our London office, building on 20 years of success

It gives us great pleasure to announce that, as part of our plans to grow, and build on two decades of continued success, we have launched our brand new London office.

We founded Allen Associates in 1998 and since then have been providing staffing solutions for Employers requiring HR, Marketing, Finance, PA/Administration, and Temporary workers. We have placed thousands of Candidates with Clients, over our 20-year history.

Located in the prestigious Chiswick Park development in West London, the new office team will be headed by me, we will look to build on a growing portfolio of Clients across the capital.

We are absolutely thrilled that the day is finally here. This has been a long time in the pipeline, and the whole Oxford team is hugely excited about our expansion. The last 20 years has seen continued growth for the business to the extent that we have become firmly positioned as one of the leading independent Recruitment businesses in Oxfordshire. But we remain as ambitious today, as we were when we first started back in 1998.

As the UK capital, London offers a wealth of opportunity for business across every sector, and especially in Recruitment. While there are a number of great agencies already operating in the capital, there is a gap for a ‘different’ type of agency to exist.

We believe that our distinct approach to Recruitment has enabled us to become a Recruiter of choice for Employers in Oxfordshire, and this will resonate with the London market and plug that gap.

The UK Recruitment industry has seen a record rise in the number of new entrants into the market, but few operate as family-run businesses. In January 2018, the Financial Times found that both smaller and family owned businesses outperform other companies.

We take great pride in matching the best Candidates to the best Clients, taking time in our approach to get to know them, and finding out what motivates them. Our relationships are massively important to us – be it Client or Candidate, Temporary or Permanent sectors. The opportunity to build these in the capital is a big one and one we are going to grab with both hands.

Ultimately, we are thoroughly looking forward to expanding, and providing London Clients and Candidates with the same stellar service, consultancy and experience that we have become renowned for in Oxford, while continuing to grow the business there, too.
