Temporary Finance Officer
We are looking for a dedicated Finance Officer to join a great organisation based in Oxford. Working on a temporary basis, this will be an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and gain some fantastic exposure within an interesting field.
You will be responsible for assisting with a range of finance activities such as the monthly payroll, raising invoices, data inputting and maintaining an accurate database.

Temporary Finance Officer Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of the monthly payroll
- Responding to all finance related queries via email and telephone
- Updating internal systems to ensure details are maintained accurately
- Raising Pos
- Preparing invoicing
- Supplier liaison
- Attending meetings when required
- General administration when required
Temporary Finance Officer Experience
It is essential you have experience within a similar role, and will have worked as a Finance Administrator, Officer or Assistant Accountant. You will ideally be at least AAT qualified, although those who are qualified by experience can also be considered.
You will have meticulous attention to detail and be confident hitting the ground running with the duties outlined above.
Competence in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills, are required. Proficiency in Sage (or similar systems) is desired.
This role will involve strict deadlines, so you must be able to adapt and prioritise your workload effectively.
