Finance and Office Administrator

Are you an experienced Finance Administrator looking for your next varied role?

If so, you may be interested in this Finance and Office Administrator role we have registered, at an organisation based near Central Oxford. Reporting to the Accounts Manager, you will assist with day to day Finance tasks, in addition to basic HR and Office Administration duties.

Finance and Office Administrator Responsibilities

As the Finance and Office Administrator some of your duties will include:

  • Assisting with the purchase ledger
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Processing invoices
  • Responding to internal and external queries
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Supporting with any other ad-hoc administration tasks

Finance and Office Administrator Experience

The Finance and Office Administrator will have previous Accounts experience and ideally will be AAT Part-Qualified/Qualified, however those qualified by experience will also be considered. It is essential you can prioritise your workload and that you are able to manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. Individuals who are flexible and proactive in their approach will thrive in this role.
