FP&A Manager

We are looking for a FP&A Manager to join a wonderful and supportive organisation based in Oxford. In this role, you will be key in ensuring that all the specific departments have all the data required to manage the business successfully. You will be closely working with the managers to agree on budgets, forecast and monitoring the progress.

FP&A Manager Responsibilities

As the FP&A Manager some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Track performance against financial objectives
  • Regional Financial Analysis
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Preparation of variance analysis
  • Ad-hoc and project work

FP&A Manager Experience

To be successful in this role you will ideally be a fully qualified accountant with significant experience of financial processes and procedures, as well as strong planning and analytical skills.

You will have good knowledge of financial modelling: Excel, ERP (AX / BPC or similar) and you will pick up new systems quickly. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail is extremely important, and the ability to persuade and motivate others.
