Finance & Office Manager Responsibilities
As the Finance & Office Manager some of your duties will include:
- Preparing Monthly accounts
- Analysing and projecting the company’s performance
- Developing the annual budgets
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Completing payroll and benefits administration tasks
- Assisting with marketing functions
Finance & Office Manager Experience
The Finance & Office Manager will have previous experience in a similar role and will ideally have a financial qualification (e.g. AAT), but this is not essential. As the Finance & Office Manager you will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work to your own initiative. Candidates with experience working in a start-up environment will be at an advantage.
