Management Accountant Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities are likely to include: 

 

  • Monitoring the cash flow
  • VAT returns
  • Preparing draft management accounts
  • Year-end financial statements
  • Fixed asset register
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Maintaining account balances

Management Accountant Experience

As we work with a range of companies, across a range of sectors, , you must be comfortable working within busy environments as well as supporting independently as part of a small team. You will have an exceptional attention to detail, and fantastic communication skills.

 

Ideal candidates will be ACA/ACCA qualified(or equivalent) and will have previous management accounts experience. You will also be proactive and a natural problem solver. Time management skills and prioritization are extremely important as you will be often working in a deadline driven environment. An advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) will be useful.
