Your main duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Creating copies of invoices as necessary
- Handling queries via telephone and email
- Processing statements of accounts
- Assisting with month/ year end
You will be a dedicated administrator, preferably with experience in a finance admin/ accounts admin role.
Previous exposure to the duties of this kind of position will allow you to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
You will need to be available to start immediately for a minimum of around 3 months.
A competitive hourly rate is offered alongside holiday pay.
