Temporary Purchasing Assistant Responsibilities
- Coordinating deliveries
- Creating purchase orders
- Raising invoices and sending to appropriate contacts
- Compiling documents related to the shipping of goods
- Assisting with general administration and filing
- Supporting the project team where necessary
Temporary Purchasing Assistant Requirements
You will be an experienced Administrator and will have familiarity with a number of the responsibilities outlined above.
A background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement or similar would be extremely advantageous. Above all, you will be a strong administrator and willing to provide support with high levels of organisation.
Due to the duties involved, this position would suit a candidate who is at ease with numerical tasks.
