Part-Time HR Officer

Reporting into the HR Manager some of your duties will include managing elements of the employee lifecycle, including the recruitment process, onboarding and responding to HR queries.
Part-Time HR Officer Responsibilities
As the Part-Time HR Officer some of your duties will include:
- Managing recruitment campaigns
- Overseeing the onboarding processes
- Assisting with training and development
- Providing HR advice to staff members
- Supporting with employee relations
- Providing administrative support where necessary
Part-Time HR Officer Experience
The Part-Time HR Officer will have previous HR generalist experience and have dealt with the entire employee lifecycle. The ability to communicate effectively will be essential for this role in order to manage the array of duties. As the Part-Time HR Officer, you will be confidential, resilient and professional in your approach, with excellent attention to detail.
