HR Coordinator Responsibilities
As the HR Coordinator some of your duties will include:
- Responding to payroll and HR queries
- Assisting with recruitment
- Providing training and development administration support
- Assisting with starters and leavers
- Managing casework
- Assisting with salary and benefits reviews
HR Coordinator Experience
The HR Coordinator will likely have previous experience as an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator. To be successful in this role you will have a positive attitude, with a people-centric personality. As the HR Coordinator you will be an excellent communicator who is confident communicating with staff and clients at all levels.
