We have registered a unique HR Assistant role for a growing organisation based near Abingdon. Reporting to the HR Manager you will provide essential HR administrative support, with duties including assisting with recruitment, onboarding and payroll. This is a truly varied HR role, with a key focus on recruitment and payroll as well as a range of other HR responsibilities.
HR Assistant Responsibilities
As the HR Assistant some of your duties include:
- Maintaining employee and HR records
- Producing HR reports
- Providing HR advice to line managers
- Assisting with recruitment
- Processing holiday, sick and maternity pay
- Assisting with onboarding and leavers
- Supporting with payroll
HR Assistant Experience
The HR Assistant will have previous experience in a HR Administrator/Assistant role, with a good understanding of recruitment and payroll. The ideal candidates will be confidential in their approach and will be diplomatic when dealing with sensitive casework. As the HR Assistant you will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to correspond with a variety of staff members.
