Senior HR Advisor
We are working with a global manufacturing company who are seeking a standalone HR Advisor to join their team, working in the UK office. As the HR Advisor you will be looking after the entire employee lifecycle, including managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll and performance management. This is a diverse generalist standalone role in which you will be involved in several areas of HR.

Senior HR Advisor Responsibilities
As the Senior HR Advisor your main duties will include:
- Managing employee relations including performance management
- Processing payroll
- Managing casework
- Assisting with the organisational redesign
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
Senior HR Advisor Experience
The HR Advisor will have previous experience in a standalone generalist role and ideally will have a CIPD qualification. You will be an organised individual with the ability to work to tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As you will work closely with the global senior management team, you must be able to make autonomous decisions and provide HR advice at all levels of the organisation.
