We have registered a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a reputable Biotech organisation based in East Oxford. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, your remit will cover hands-on delivery, strategy and resource planning. You will project manage the implementation of a candidate management system, along with establishing recruitment best practice within the organisation and streamlining the hiring process.

Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities
As the Talent Acquisition Partner some of your duties will include:
- Developing and managing the resourcing strategy
- Implementing a candidate management system
- Improving recruitment processes
- Providing advice to hiring managers
- Identifying recruitment market trends
Talent Acquisition Partner Experience
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally with knowledge of the Biotech sector. You must have experience in a start-up or high-growth environment. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain effective relationships. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently source and screen applications, whilst being able to convey the organisation’s culture and benefits.
