As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, resource planning, HR strategy and safeguarding. As you will be working in a small team, your role will cover all transactional, operational and strategic HR duties.
HR Manager Responsibilities
As the HR Manager some of your duties will include:
- Managing the HR Assistant
- Providing HR advice to staff members and employees
- Leading on the entire recruitment lifecycle and onboarding
- Managing employee relations cases
- Preparing monthly payroll
HR Manager Experience
The HR Manager will have true generalist HR experience with a strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice. In addition, you will be an excellent communicator, exercising discretion always. Ideally, you will have experience within the education sector and hold a CIPD qualification. It is essential that you are flexible in your approach and work closely with senior management to deliver business objectives.
