Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist looking for your next in-house opportunity working for a global pharmaceutical company?
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of a variety of different vacancies across the business including head office positions, along with niche pharma roles. Your focus will be on managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, whilst identifying and sourcing new talent through several different methods.
Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, your duties will include:
- Strategising and resource planning with hiring managers for roles internationally
- Delivering successful senior level recruitment campaigns
- Supporting hiring managers with ad-hoc recruitment needs and interviews
- Talent mapping
- Using social media to attract and identify talent
Talent Acquisition Partner Experience
The Talent Acquisition Partner will have in-house recruitment experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare market. You will have a sound understanding of the senior level recruitment market with the ability to deliver international campaigns. You must be a process-driven individual, who can implement best practice into a staffing function. Liaising with a variety of stakeholders, you will be an excellent communicator who can maintain strong relationships. It is essential you have a thorough understanding of recruitment and selection related employment law principles.
