Part-time HR Officer
We have registered a unique opportunity for a Part-Time HR Officer to join a well-established organisation based in central Oxford. Reporting to the HR Manager you will assist with all aspects of the HR lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your HR skills and support numerous projects including HRIS implementation and resource planning.

Part-time HR Officer Responsibilities
As the HR Officer some of your duties will include:
- Managing employee relations for a specific group of employees
- Project managing the implementation of a new Recruitment system
- Providing HR advice to line managers
- Overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process
- Amending and creating new HR Policies and procedures
Part-time HR Officer Experience
The HR Officer will have previous HR experience with a good understanding of employment law, recruitment practice and HR Systems. The ideal candidate will be part or fully CIPD qualified, however those qualified by experience will also be considered. Confidential in your approach, as the HR Officer you will be able to develop and maintain good working relationships. Candidates who have experience within the education sector will be at an advantage, however, this is not essential.
