We have registered a fantastic opportunity for a determined and ambitious HR Officer to join a leading educational establishment on a 14-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the HR Team Leader, you will assist with a variety of HR tasks including recruitment and onboarding.

HR Officer Responsibilities
As the HR Officer some of your duties will include:
- Managing recruitment processes
- Assisting with onboarding and the entire employee lifecycle
- Managing holiday entitlements and sick leave
- Providing HR advice to staff members
- Developing and improving HR policies
HR Officer Experience
The HR Officer will have previous experience within an HR Officer role, with good HR generalist experience. Corresponding with a variety of different staff members and stakeholders across the business, you will be an excellent communicator, who is confidential and professional in their approach. To be successful in this role the HR Officer will demonstrate outstanding levels of attention to detail and will be IT savvy.

The current postholder is due to go on Maternity leave in March 2020. Therefore there is a need for an HR Officer to carry out the duties of the role until they return.
