Talent Acquisition Partner

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to take on this unique opportunity with our client based near Abingdon. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, you will become part of a Global team and take ownership of dedicated business units. You will provide pivotal support to line managers and use your expertise to add continuous value to the function. This is a challenging and varied role in which you will be assisting with the growth and success of the organisation. 

Talent Acquisition Partner Responsibilities

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for your vacancies within your business unit
  • Designing and delivering recruitment campaigns
  • Developing and implementing new strategies for candidate engagement
  • Supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process
  • Working closely with the learning and development team to identify areas of development concerning the onboarding process

Talent Acquisition Partner Experience

The Talent Acquisition Partner will have In-House or agency recruitment experience, with proven experience of managing senior commercial roles. It will be beneficial if you have a Recruitment (REC) or CIPD qualification, although this is not essential. You will have excellent attention to detail, always have a creative mindset and work proactively. You must be able to confidently liaise with senior stakeholders and act as an expert in Talent Acquisition.
