EMEA Learning and Development Manager
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced, Global Learning and Development Manager to join a world-leading medical devices organisation on a 13-month FTC. In this strategic role you will be responsible for the EMEA People Development Team based in the UK, Germany and France, and create a global Talent Development strategy whilst leading on several business initiatives.
Please note, you will have the opportunity to travel in this role.
EMEA Learning and Development Manager Responsibilities
As the Learning and Development Manager some of your main duties will include:
- Creating a strategic plan to drive the development of senior managers within the business
- Launch the Global Cultural/Digital Transformation plan
- Develop a self-directed training platform
- Line manage a team of three in-country L&D representatives
EMEA Learning and Development Manager Experience
It is essential that you have experience working in a Global or EMEA Learning and Development role and have managed both junior and senior L&D professionals. You will have proven leadership experience, with the confidence to develop longstanding relationships with senior managers. In addition to a commercial approach, it is essential that you adapt your management style to challenge and inspire others, in accordance with the company values.
