Temporary Change Management Consultant
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-respected organisation in Oxford on a temporary basis. The role is anticipated to be ongoing for a minimum of 3 months, although this could be extended.
The role will begin on a remote basis although you will be required to attend meetings with SMT and the CEO on a regular basis. Consequently, you will be based in Oxfordshire or a location with a straightforward commute to the Oxford office. The role is starting immediately, and the client is unable to consider applications from those who would need to relocate for the position.
Temporary Change Management Consultant Responsibilities
Your role will be to oversee and assist with a large restructuring project. You will liaise between department and senior management of the organisation to establish and create a proposal for restructuring the setup and design of the business.
You will focus on priorities for the business overall and the best way to maximise efficiency as well as budgets.
Temporary Change Management Consultant Requirements
Our client is a well-established charity operating specifically in the Oxfordshire area. Those with experience of and exposure to similarly confidential projects within a charitable setting would be ideal candidates for the role.
Your CV will demonstrate experience in handling similar Change Management / Organisational Design projects.
You will exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times. Those with an HR or Projects background covering Organisational Design / Change Management can be considered.
Temporary Change Management Consultant Rewards
The company is caring and empathetic to its employees and those supported by the charity. A competitive hourly rate is offered alongside holiday pay. Please note, this will be paid on a PAYE basis through the Allen Associates payroll only. It will not be possible to work as a limited contractor or on a self-employed basis due to internal sensitivities.
