HR Shared Services Supervisor
We have a rare opportunity for an experienced, HR Shared Services Supervisor to join a world-leading organisation specialising in ground-breaking devices on a 12-month FTC to cover a period of maternity leave. You will be responsible for the EMEA Shared Services team based in the UK, Germany and France, and ensure an exceptional HR service is delivered to employees across the regions.
HR Shared Services Supervisor Responsibilities
As the HR Shared Services Supervisor some of your main duties will include:
- Line management of a team of 4 based in Ireland, France and Germany
- Lead on the people-team related HR projects such as policy development and implementation
- Take ownership of people-related queries in the UK and Nordic regions
- Provide expert employment law advice as and when required
HR Shared Services Supervisor Experience
It is essential that you have experience working in a supervisory role within a HR Shared Services function and have line managed a team. You will have proven leadership experience, with the confidence to develop longstanding relationships with stakeholders. In addition to a commercial approach, it is essential that you adapt your management style to challenge and inspire others, in accordance with the company values. If you have experience of HR within the Nordic regions, this is beneficial but not essential.
