A newly created position, you will deliver both strategic and operational HR support across the business, whilst working closely with the Senior Management team to deliver key HR objectives. HR Manager

We are recruiting for an exceptional HR professional to join an emerging, specialist organisation permanently as the HR Manager. A newly created position, you will deliver both strategic and operational HR support across the business, whilst working closely with the Senior Management team to deliver key HR objectives. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, including taking a lead on key HR projects and deliverables, in addition to areas such as HRIS implementation, resourcing and recruitment and designing a performance management system.

HR Manager Responsibilities

As the HR Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting all employee relations matters
  • Providing accurate and expert HR advice to all staff members
  • Coaching and mentoring
  • Taking ownership of key HR deliverables and projects

HR Manager Experience

The HR Manager will have had experience in a fast-paced, HR generalist role and up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law. Ideally, you will have experience in Market Access, Bio-Tech or Life Science and have demonstrable experience delivering HR projects and programmes. A passionate, resilient and forward-thinking approach to HR is essential, in addition to building strong relationships.

Location

Based in Bicester, there is onsite parking available. Please note, there will be occasional travel required to Cambridge, York and Manchester.
