HR Advisor Responsibilities
As the HR Advisor some of your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing new HR policies
- Providing HR advice to managers
- Maintaining an accurate HR database
- Ensuring payroll data is accurate and processed accordingly
- Assisting with recruitment activity
HR Advisor Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in a dedicated HR role, with an excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures. Knowledge of the payroll process is beneficial, along with a CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification, or working towards this.
