HR Manager Responsibilities
As HR Manager your duties will include:
- HR team management
- Strategic oversight of HR activity
- Leading on ER cases and talent management
- Advising line managers on best practice
HR Manager Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience working as an HR generalist. Ideally CIPD qualified, you will have worked in a global organisation previously and have experience within the manufacturing, technology, scientific or similar industries. Confident leading a team and with demonstrable experience in mentoring others, you will be motivated to join a diversifying organisation and lead by example.
