This is a brand-new opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation in Oxford as the permanent Payroll and HR Officer. As the HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle, processing and preparing the company payroll and organisational benefits. Working in a small close-knit team, this role will allow you to utilise your experience in Payroll and HR to offer proactive and concise HR support to the rest of the company.
