We are working on an opportunity for an organized and tenacious individual to assist a busy and knowledgeable Talent Manager with a range of high pressure duties.
Temporary Talent & Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities
- Extensive diary management and scheduling
- Confirming interviews via email and on the telephone
- Setting up video meetings and conference calls
- Tracking the progress of all applications on the ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Acting as a point of contact between agencies and in-house recruiters
- Liaising with Hiring Managers
- Assisting with background checks and the onboarding process
- Providing Ad-hoc administration support when required
Temporary Talent & Recruitment Coordinator Experience
You will have experience in a similar role, allowing you to hit the ground running and make a great impression on our client. Those with a background in Recruitment Administration, Talent Coordination, or possibly within an HR team can be considered.
You will competent using ATS systems and will be familiar with how these work.
The perfect candidate for this role will have a creative flair; you will be tasked with creating vibrant and eye-catching collateral and comms materials. These will be shared with applicants throughout the recruitment and onboarding process to heighten their interest in and understanding of the organisation.
Accustomed to meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure, you will work with minimal direction and take a proactive approach to all your tasks.
