One of our impressive clients is seeking some temporary support within their in-house Talent Function. The role will be pivotal in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process during an increase in hiring activity, and you will be highly visible across the wider team.

Temporary Talent Coordinator Responsibilities
The Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers across the business. Your duties will include:
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to ascertain availability for interviews
- Sending confirmation of interviews to candidates
- Creating virtual meetings via MS Team and sharing the link with relevant parties
- Updating and maintaining interview calendars and schedules
- Logging updates on the ATS
Temporary Talent Coordinator Requirements
You will have a background in providing administrative support to a Recruitment or Talent function, either from an in-house or agency approach.
Responsible for the administration and scheduling of up to 90 vacancies across multiple sites, you will be highly process-driven and able to remain calm under pressure. Due to the high volume of work, it is vital that you can work promptly and ensure that a backlog of work does not build up.
The timely scheduling and confirming of interviews will play a huge part in the Candidate Applicant Journey, so you will be eager to provide a positive impression of the company to their potential new members of staff.
Your CV and previous experience will demonstrate diary management for multiple stakeholders, ideally for both face to face and virtual meetings. IF you are familiar with using Greenhouse ATS, this will allow you to stand out as an ideal candidate.
