We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and efficient HR Administrator to join an International company based in Oxford. You will be handling a variety of HR support functions including absence management, recruitment and processes for payroll.

HR Administrator Responsibilities

As the HR Administrator, your duties will include:


  • Responding to telephone and email queries
  • Supporting the HR Advisors and Consultants with post recruitment administration
  • Assist with the design and implementation of processes that meet a ‘one best way’ standard
  • Create HR reports
  • Liaise with payroll and administer payslips

HR Administrator Experience

To be a successful HR Administrator, it is essential that you have previous experience within a similar role and have a basic understanding of HR processes. It is desirable if you are CPP Qualified or equivalent, or working towards CIPD. You will be an organised, self-sufficient individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. With a strong customer focus, you welcome challenges with a positive attitude.
