HR Assistant/Administrator Responsibilities

Duties will range from:
- Supporting the employee life cycle activities
- Assisting managers with annual appraisal process
- Supporting recruitment activities
- Project work
- Coordinating internal and external employee training
- Preparing payroll
HR Assistant/Administrator Experience
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working as an HR Assistant/Administrator in a growing, fast paced environment with the ability to build effective and strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be provided with the tools and support to ‘get on with it’ and will also be invited to get involved in some exciting projects. You will have the support of a very experienced HR Professional. Confidence in running reports, experience in a HR generalist role and operational practice is very important.

Based in WC2, London there are many local amenities of note close by. The office is most easily accessed via the Central, Piccadilly Lines and National Train service. The office is large and open-plan.

The standard working hours are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 4.00pm Friday.
